1. Customer Service Manager
The Job
You will be responsible for developing a team of customer service assistant and technician to provide quality service and to ensure total customer satisfaction. Build, strengthen and maintain good relationships with our client.
Working Hour : 8:30am to 6:00pm Mon to Fri (Sat 8:30am to 1:00pm)
• Provide customer services via the phone e.g. to schedule appointment for checking or service of air conditioner
• Attend to customer's enquires e.g. quotation of repair works and scheduling
• Follow up on pending order/quotation.
• Coordinate with internal staff for necessary action.
Requirement
• able to communicate well in English and Mandarin
• a good understanding of call centre practices and strong customer focus with confident communication skills(prefered with similar position in call center)
• Only Singaporeans/PRs need apply

2. Service / Repair Technician
The Job
You will be responsible for service, repair and maintenance of air conditoner system for our client. System range from room air condtioner to VRV and packaged unit.
Requirement
- valid class 3 driving licence
- No criminal records
- Minimum 3 years similar working experience
- Good health
- Good customer service skill
